Parts purchased by clients that have a Preventive Maintenance Agreement receive up to a 25% discount off the retail price.
Preventive Maintenance Agreement Holders receive priority when it comes to getting service performed over those without a Preventive Maintenance Agreement.
Parts ordered will be installed at no additional labor charge if part(s) is /are installed on the next PMC visit or if we are in the area.
All technicians are employees of Fitness Concepts. We do not use contract labor.

Most cables for strength equipment can be made on the spot eliminating any further equipment down-time.
